Exquisite apartment in the hills of Åre. The area of Tott is legendary for great skiing and provides swift ski in/out directly to the slopes. As well as it is just a short walk away from the vibrant centre of Åre. Åre centre provides great entertainment and delicious restaurants.

The apartment features wooden parquet throughout the entire place as well as modern appliances. The large windows provide mesmerising views over the entire valley and lake of Åre.

A cosy apartment right next to the slopes is great. This apartment features a comfy double bed and sofa-bed. There are a TV and a sofa for relaxing in after a long day outdoors. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking meals from the local shops.

Tott is the legendary area of Åre and is located in the hills just above Åre centre. It is only a short walk away but still provides a great view of the valley of Åre. There is also Ski in/out just outside the apartment.

Åre centre provides great entertainment and delicious restaurants. We are happy to provide recommendations!

- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
