The apartment located in a historical building blends perfectly the old with the new. Add to this the fact that it's situated in the heart of Åre, in a vivid, yet calm area, and you get the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation.

The inner space comprises of two sleeping rooms, a sitting room, a balcony that offers breathtaking views + a kitchen with an oven, a microwave and fridge and an independent bathroom with shower.

Wonderfully secluded, and still well connected, this space is close to plenty of bars/restaurants/shops so you will always have options.

The surrounding areas are perfectly suitable for all kind of activities like cycling, nature walks, hiking, and canoeing.

- Quiet hours 22:00 - 08:00
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
