Welcome to a top-located well-planned apartment, ideal if you want to be close to the slopes and town. This apartment has comfy vibes to it with beautiful furnishing and cozy furniture. You will have ski-in / ski-out and walking distance to all attractions in town. A perfect location!

Tottvägen 111 is the location of the apt, it's a 5-8 minute uphill walk from the train station, a very short ride by taxi/car.

One cozy bedroom with two comfy separable single beds. A cozy living room to relax after a day out in the Åre mountains. With a new sofa that easily could be two good separate beds (one in the sofa and you just pull out the other bed from the bottom of the sofa). The well-planned apartment has beds for 4 adults.

Smart-TV in the living room and board games. The bathroom is newly renovated.

There is parking space besides the building, it is managed by Q-Park which you have to pay for in the nearby ticket booth or through the application.

Please note there is an ongoing construction outside the building and also ongoing renovations inside the building, they are working from 07:00 until 18:00 every day.
