Enjoy Stockholm from this convinient studio just 25min outside of city, with superb commuting! Perfect home base for your urban adventure. Is designed for solo travelers or couples and features all the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including free wifi, heating, and an equipped kitchen.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our studio is a 10 min walk to Bredäng metro station.

Bredäng is known for its proximity to nature and offers access to recreational areas such as the Bredängsbadet beach, Bredängs Ekpark (oak park), and the nearby Mälaren lake.

The district has its own local center called Bredäng Centrum, which provides various services, including shops, restaurants, and community facilities. Bredäng also has good transportation connections, with several bus lines serving the area and a metro station (Bredäng) on the red line (T13) of the Stockholm Metro system.

Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.

- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
