Welcome to Åre!
The area of Tott is legendary for great skiing and provides swift ski in/out directly to the slopes. As well as it is just a short walk away from the vibrant centre of Åre, where you can find entertainment and delicious restaurants.

A cosy location right next to the slopes. This Studio features a comfy double sofa-bed. There is a TV and a kitchenette perfect for cooking meals from the local shops.

I will be available during your stay :)

Tott is an area just 10 minutes walk from Åre Torg. With direct access to the lift "tottliften" you will be able to escape the ski-queues in downtown Åre, while also having access to the whole skiing system.

- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
