An apartment in the legendary Tott Hotel furnished with modern and minimalistic
amenities. This apartment has an amazing view over the beautiful lake and town of Åre
and is only a few minutes walk from Åre Square with all the shops, bars and the best
restaurants. This property is the perfect fit for everybody (families and friends).

In the summer you can enjoy canoeing, hiking, cycling, and walk paths. Everything you need to enjoy the wonderful natural landscape of the Swedish Mountains.

The apartment has an overall area of 44 sqm and features a living room connected to the
kitchen, with big windows towards Åre lake and town. In the living room, you will find a
sofa bed, dining table for 6 persons, TV, Sound-system and a functional kitchen.
Further, there are two separate bedrooms with a double bed and the other with a chic
bunk bed.

We will be available during your full stay

Åre is Sweden's biggest skiing resort and this is the most legendary hotel located in the hills just above the town centre. You can reach the town centre with its many restaurants, bars and shops within 5-8 minutes.

- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
