Open and modern apartment in the middle of Åre. Perfect for summer activities, the house is right next to the biking trails and has a water hose to clean the bikes after. This area is a favourite amongst locals as the absolute best area in Åre, with its close vicinity to Åre centre and nature.

The apartment has places for 4 ordinary people or 6 if you squeeze. The main bedroom has a double bed for two, the other bedrooms has each a queen sized single bed for 1 adult each or 2 kids. A living room features sofa corner and fireplace. In direct connection is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar and a dining table for the guests.

For food lovers! There is also a great BBQ and pizza-baking oven by the spa bath.

Tottens By is the oldest part of Åre with a lot of quaint buildings still standing, proving both history as well as nearby vicinity to the centre of Åre.
During the summer the hiking/cycling trails are just outside the house and there is water hose at the apartment to clean the bike after. There is also a beautiful golf course within a short car ride. Åre centre is only a 12-minute walk, with plenty of shops/restaurants and more. In the summer you can also swim, canoe and fish in the nearby Åre river (15-min walk).
In the winter you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and more. The slopes are only 400 metres away, during the winter you can ski all the way to the house.

- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
