The apartment is situated near the Old Town and you can find many restaurants and bars in the near proximity.

The surrounding area is a wonderful one because, and it's suitable for hiking or kayaking in summer, and one of the longest cycling tracks in the area.

The apartment is at your disposal in its entirety, and it's located next door to the ski slopes in Sweeden biggest ski resort. Also, nearby you will find children slopes, a good off-piste and you have the opportunity for Ski-In / Ski-Out.

The apartment is new, it is fully equipped. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. It's suitable for families, as well as for groups of friends or couples. It is very close to major skiing areas.

You will have access to the entire place.

If you want to live in the original Åre and be neighbour with both the town center as well as the ski slopes. This is the place to experience both. The apartment is located in Åre's legendary hotel and possesses history.

There is a paid garage in the building and the easiest way to get around town is by car

HOUSE RULES

- Quiet hours 22:00 - 08:00
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
