A combination of a newly built House with big panorama windows with views over the Swedish mountains, And a newly renovated, open Apartment with places for 6 people. Close to the city centre, these homes provide a perfect place for summer activities. The bike trails are just outside and there is a Spa Bath, outside patio and water hose to clean bikes after a trip.

Cabin: This house consists of two floors, the top floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The dining/lounge area has a magnificent panorama view over the Swedish mountains.
The master bedroom has two big queen-sized beds, they can also be put together to a giant king sized double bed.

Apartment: This apartment is open and has a large living room in connection to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is one master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a queen sized single bed each.

You will have access to the cellar apartment in the bigger house and the smaller cabin.

Tottens By is the oldest part of Åre with a lot of quaint buildings still standing, proving both history as well as nearby vicinity to the centre of Åre. There you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and more. The slopes are only 400 metres away, during the winter you can ski all the way to the house.

During the summer the hiking/cycling trails are just outside the house. There is also a beautiful golf course within a short car ride. Åre centre is only a 12-minute walk, with plenty of shops/restaurants and more. In the summer you can also swim, canoe and fish in the nearby Åre river (15-min walk).

- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
