This hut is the perfect getaway for seeing the beautiful mountains of Sweden. It has a combined living room and kitchen, awesome for playing board games or watching a movie. The ski slopes of Duved and Tegefjäll are just 300 metres away and features a wide variety of slopes. Both for the expert and beginner.

The cottage features a family-bunkbed for three people as well as a sofa-bed in the living room. The living room is connected to the kitchen and fitting for the whole family to gather around and relax. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all amenities you will need!

You will have access to the entire place!

We will be available during your full stay. We also will supply all the necessities including toiletries, bed linen and towels.

The hut is located next to the slopes of Duved - a calm, family-friendly oasis just outside of Åre. There is a large grocery store 2 minutes away with car or bus. Just next to the grocery store are multiple good restaurants and a couple of shops. You can get to Åre by skiing.

The regular buses can take you to Åre within 10 minutes, there you'll find plenty of restaurants, after-skis, shops as well as Sweden's oldest and highest skiing system with something for everyone.

- Quiet hours 22:00 - 08:00
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
